Cleaning Service

• Our cleaning staff has received specific training on COVID disinfection.
• Hand sanitisers are available in each bathroom, staircase, and gateways.
• All the common areas are disinfected on a daily basis with OZONE: Lifts, doors, switches, remote controls, lavatories, sinks, toilets as well as desks and glasses.
• The rooms and common areas are ventilated on a daily basis.
• Bed sheets are changed every day.

Laundry Service

• Our Cleaning Service is exclusive for hotels and restaurants. It does not work for hospitals preventing from cross-contamination.
• Bed sheets and towels are everyday disinfected by ozone nebulisers, including transportation carts and delivery vans.
• Towels and Bed Sheets are washed at 70°.
• All towels and bed sheets are pre-washed with 10% hypochlorite dissolution. (Covid-19 is eliminated at 1% dissolutions).

Facilities

• All our facilities are disinfected with Ozone by a certified external company.
• A methacrylate screen is installed in the reception desk in order to keep a safe distance.
• Common areas and rooms will include an Ozone disinfection system which deletes 99.10% of the viruses and bacteria.
• Air Conditioner, Heating and Ozone filters will be cleaned every week.
• Installation of a thermal arch system to measure the temperature of the guests.
• Implementation of a new protocol based on the detection of possible Covid-19 positive cases.
• The temperature of our staff and suppliers will be watched.
