A Wallet key allows you to store your digital room key so you can open doors using your phone or a compatible smartwatch.
How can I know if I can use a Wallet key? +
If your device is compatible with Wallet keys, you will see the “Add to Wallet” button at the end of the online check-in process.
I can’t add my digital key to Wallet. What should I do? +
Don’t worry, you can always check in at the reception when you arrive at the hotel, either in person or at our check-in kiosk. If needed, you can also ask our team for assistance.
Can I use a digital key and a physical hotel key card at the same time? +
Yes, you can use both.
What happens if I have multiple stays at the hotel? +
If you book multiple rooms for the same date, the Wallet key will only be activated for the room assigned to you. If you book one room for different dates, a different Wallet key will be activated for each stay. Each key will only be active for your current stay once you complete online check-in.
